Property Manager – Residential – Multifamily Your new company Our client is a Vancouver-based company specializing in real estate management. They manage and lease a portfolio office, retail, industrial, and residential properties throughout Western Canada. Your new role As the Property Manager, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional and timely service to both property owners and tenants within a residential rental multifamily portfolio. Your role encompasses managing, leasing, coordinating, and overseeing all facets of the residential buildings. Key duties include team and stakeholder management, property administration, and lease oversight. Collaborating with tenants, owners, vendors, contractors, and internal departments ensures the efficient operation of the properties. What you need to succeedTo excel in this position, you need outstanding customer service and communication abilities. Being highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment is essential. Additionally, you should be a self-starter, adaptable, and quick to acquire new skills.
