As a fully integrated real estate firm, they uphold top-notch standards and are now seeking a dedicated Residential Property Manager to join their dynamic team.Role Overview: As the Residential Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of high-end multifamily rental towers. Your mission? To provide residents and prospects with a “white glove” service, ensuring their experience within the portfolio is nothing short of exceptional. Your responsibilities will span various critical areas, including team management, customer service, day-to-day operations, vacancy rate reduction, accounts receivable follow-up, suite turnovers, on-site inspections, preventive maintenance execution, conflict resolution, and safeguarding the landlord from liability.Key Responsibilities:Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.Customer Service: Deliver unparalleled service to residents and prospects, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.Operations: Efficiently manage day-to-day property operations, ensuring seamless functionality.Vacancy Rates: Minimize vacancy rates through strategic leasing efforts and proactive tenant retention.Financial Oversight: Review and follow up on accounts receivable, maintaining financial stability.Maintenance Coordination: Arrange and oversee maintenance activities to meet high standards.Conflict Resolution: Handle disputes diplomatically, maintaining positive relationships.Leasing Support: Assist the leasing team in securing new tenants.Risk Mitigation: Protect the landlord from potential liabilities.Qualifications:RTA Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act (RTA).Personable Communication: Engage effectively with high-end clients, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills.Task-Oriented: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple responsibilities with precision.Time Management: Exhibit excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.Conflict Resolution: Handle confrontations diplomatically and professionally.Experience: Ideally, you have at least 3 years of experience as a Property Manager overseeing purpose-built multifamily properties.RTB Familiarity: Be well-versed in Residential Tenancy Branch (RTB) processes and procedures.Compensation: In recognition of your dedication to this role, you will receive a competitive compensation package, including:Base Salary: Up to $110,000Performance BonusExtended Health BenefitsPaid VacationRRSP ContributionMentorship OpportunitiesIf you’re ready to take your property management career to new heights, apply today and become an integral part of this exceptional team!
