Your new company Advent Real Estate Services, headquartered in Vancouver, BC, specializes in managing, leasing, and marketing rental properties for both residential and commercial property owners across Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. With nearly two decades of local experience, their comprehensive services encompass rental property management (including condos, houses, multi-family buildings, offices, retail spaces, and industrial properties), tenant placement, multi-family residential property management, commercial property management, and rental project leasing and marketing. Due to growth plans, Advent is actively seeking a Licensed Property Manager to join their friendly team in Vancouver. Your new role As the Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include overseeing a portfolio of 150+ individual units in the East Vancouver/Burnaby area. This entails promptly addressing tenant inquiries, effectively marketing available suites, advocating for owners’ interests, ensuring exceptional customer service for tenants, conducting inspections, managing showings, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and handling email communications in collaboration with the administrative team. You will have full support from the wider team, including administrative, customer care and leasing assistants. What you need to succeed To excel in this role, it’s essential that you possess a valid BCFSA Rental License (or be in the final stages of obtaining one) and have a proven track record in residential rental property management. Familiarity with the Residential Tenancy Act (RTA) is essential. Additionally, this company values team players with a good sense of humor, a hunger for knowledge, and a valid BC Driver’s license along with reliable vehicle access.What you get in return As part of the compensation package, you’ll enjoy a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000, along with performance-based commissions.
