This individual will be responsible for supporting the Property Manager in daily operations involving leases and building management.Duties:Issue purchase ordersReview monthly financial statementsSupport with budgeting on a portfolio of propertiesManage clients with regard to collections and receivablesAdminister lease-related paperworkMonitor maintenance requestsCoordinate meet and greetsResponsible for rent collectionRequirements:3+ years of commercial property experience is an assetBachelor’s degree in business, management or related is an assetKnowledge of English and French is requiredAble to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projectsProficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Yardi.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective, written and spoken, communication skills
