Our client, a SME specializing in importation, offers its clients, major retailers in the Canadian food industry, a value-added solution for the development, importation, and distribution of their private label food products.
The Project Manager and Client Relations will accompany the strong expansion of the company! This is a newly created position.
Job Objectives:
- Assist the sales team in the daily management of its activities, including document preparation, communication with clients, and participation in trade shows.
- Efficiently support the company's daily operations, including purchasing, logistics, import processes, and supplier management.
- Coordinate and track projects throughout the sales cycle with clients.
- Manage interactions with suppliers, ensuring strong relationships are maintained and efficient processes are upheld.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of databases, as well as preparation of sales analysis reports.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new clients by ensuring smooth communication and accurate accounting data entry.
Skills and qualifications :
- Bilingualism in English and French, both oral and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong numerical orientation, with demonstrated ability to analyze financial and operational data. Analytical mindset and ability to proactively solve problems
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Google environment, with an aptitude for quickly learning new tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Keen sense of priorities and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, results-oriented attitude
