The Platform Services and Emerging Technologies (PSET) Technical Program Manager (TPM) role is pivotal in ensuring our engineering teams achieve key business objectives. As TPM, you will collaborate across various PSET domains to develop and deliver technical solutions, taking charge of complex programs and initiatives from inception through execution. This includes forecasting deliveries, managing risks, dependencies, and ensuring alignment with stakeholders. In this influential role, you will engage with divisional leadership, cross-functional PSET teams, and other product teams to drive strategic planning, alignment, engagement, and successful program execution. You will tackle challenging business and technical issues, laying the groundwork for accelerated delivery of our capabilities globally.

Responsibilities

• Foster alignment across divisional leadership, teams, functions, and stakeholders
• Drive alignment of cross-organizational initiatives through OKR planning, dependency management, and impediment resolution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape strategy and requirements, serving as a central communicator for complex programs
• Strategize and ensure delivery by collaborating closely with engineering leadership and teams to develop clear delivery plans
• Partner with cross-functional development teams to deliver technical solutions from inception to deployment
• Champion the automation of delivery processes across design, development, and operations to enhance transparency and establish a unified source of truth
• Ensure seamless collaboration and synchronization of efforts
• Manage risks by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential roadblocks in collaboration with leadership
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven, Kaizen culture approaches
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Approximately 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, Software Architect, or similar role, with increasing responsibility in driving software development projects
• Extensive experience working directly with software engineering teams on complex initiatives involving multiple teams, in a fast-paced environment, leveraging Agile methodologies
• Solid understanding of Cloud Services and Platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Strong technical background, detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to engage with executive leadership
• Commitment to process and operational excellence
• Desire for continuous learning and personal growth
• Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills
