We’re currently requesting resume for the following position: Project Support EngineerResume Due Date: Wednesday April 26th, 2023 (5:00PM EST)Number of Vacancies:1Duration:2 yearsLocation:230 Westney Road South, AjaxHours:up to 35 hours per weekLevel: MP2 (Junior)Job Overview:Lead and provide support to the New Nuclear Engineering Programs team in the following areas:Communications o Prepare regular communications to inform and align the department of project status, initiatives and changes.Schedule and facilitate meetings to inform and align the department of project status, initiatives and changes.Website administrationManage and maintain the department website/SharePoint.Support development and maintenance of project programs processes, tools and guides in the following areas:Engineering OversightTraining & Knowledge ManagementBenchmarkingLessons Learned & OPEXCorrective Action ProgramProject Controls SupportSchedulingEstablishing budgets and cash flowsRisk identification and reportingOther duties as requiredQualificationsTechnical writingMS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, OneNote, SharePoint)Website administrationDependable, self-starter, capable of independently managing and completing assigned tasksAbility to identify and implement opportunities to simplify and streamline processesStrong organizational skillsSuccessful completion of a 4 year university degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent.Requires experience in the areas of planning, organization, communications and change management associated with business improvement initiatives. Project Controls experience is considered an asset.
