The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to facilitate and prioritize projects. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting current business and new business development through developing timelines, tracking and monitoring project status, collaborating and building relationships with internal partners, and continuously optimizing overall project workflow. This is a 16 month contract role, being fluent in Mandarin is required.Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties16 month contract roleDevelop and maintain Jamieson project timelines, communicating and coordinating tasks based on feedback from key stakeholdersAssist in compiling product information in the development stages on new product proposalsExecution and project management of the Jamieson brand innovation projects, from scoping to launchKeep all internal partners apprised of status and proactively communicate any possible issuesRespond to inquiries regarding product information and requests for quote; Liaise with R&D, Finance, Logistics, Packaging Development and other appropriate departments to assist in quote developmentImplementation of customer strategies and continuous improvement initiativesBuild a relationship with key stakeholders based on integrity, reliability and trust; to ensure all key stakeholders are held accountable for their tasks related to project timelines.Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely mannerFacilitate internal team meetings for customer set up and launchesProject documentation maintenanceKnowledge, Skills & Abilities RequirementsFluent in both English and MandarinPost-secondary education in business, science or related fieldTwo (2) to three (3) years’ experience in project managementAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)Strong business acumen and passion for delivering resultsExcellent time management skills (ability to multitask and manage deadlines and multiple stakeholder demands)Strong communication, conflict resolution and analytical skillsA strong sense of urgency and achievementOur ValuesACCOUNTABILITYWe do what we say.We take personal ownership for our work and actions and its impact on others and the business.EXCELLENCEWe drive to a high standard for product, people and planet.We challenge the status quo and bring forward innovative ideas in the continuous pursuit of quality.RESPECTWe do it together authentically and inclusively.We actively listen and engage each other, including diverse perspectives.AGILITYWe embrace change and act with flexibility.We welcome new ideas and feedback, swiftly incorporating them to improve our performance.
