This role is focused on business development for commercial clients, while also managing and nurturing leads for residential clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of the window treatment industry, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Identify and target potential commercial clients through research, networking, and cold calling. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the commercial sector. Manage and follow up on residential leads provided by the company, ensuring a high conversion rate. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the installation and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Proven experience as a Sales Account Executive or similar role, preferably in the window treatment or related industry. Strong business development skills with a focus on commercial clients.
