IT & TelecommsMoD is currently looking for a Project Resource Manager to join our client’s team! You are someone with strong organizational, resource management and managerial skills who is ready for a new challenge. Do you have solid project management and client success experience? This could be the role for YOU! This is a hybrid opportunity with 2 days/week in office.Key Responsibilities:• Manage resource planning and oversee workflow for projects (tracking of resources, budgets and timely delivery of projects)• Management of project status updates for clients; take responsibility for timelines and project deliverables• Timely delivery of projects, within an established budget while maintaining quality of work• Manage SOW budgets and find cost-effective production methods• Work collaboratively with various teams to manage budget forecasting and resource allocationKey Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications; PMP certification is preferred•Over 6 years of project management experience; at least 2 years in a creative or media agency is a must•Client management or client success experience is preferred•Over 5 years of Project Management software experience on a major platform is required (Monday.com, Microsoft Projects, SalesForce Projects, or other alternative)•Expert level skills with Microsoft products (Excel, Outlook, Word and PPT and Microsoft Teams)•Must have experience in managing resource allocations for dozens of employeesDoes this sound like you or someone you know in your professional network?
