0 What will you do The Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver business critical projects in direct support of Kenvue’s Operating Plan, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Types of projects may include new product introductions, product updates, supply chain or business process improvements. Key Responsibilities ·

Lead overall project from definition through to introduction into the market ·

Ensure excellence in project execution coordinating E2E cross-functional teams , defining critical project milestones and interlink ·

Coordinate team meetings and minutes ·

Define project budget ensuring cost tracking with any required tools ·

Ensure target project launch date and other key results are achieved ·

Proactively identify and communicate risks and issues, lead development and delivery of mitigation and contingency plans ·

Enable the fluid evaluation and approval of the project, at the proper Governance forums ·

Provide regular update on project status to all levels of the organization, including Senior Management ·

Maintain accurate information and data supporting project and portfolio tracking Qualifications What we are looking for ·

University degree required, preferably in business, engineering or science; MBA an asset ·

Minimum of 3-5 years of multi-functional experience in Supply chain, QA, R&D, Finance, Sales Regulatory or Marketing. ·

Proficient in MS Office (Project, Power Point, Excel, Word). ·

Formal project management training or PMP Certification highly desirable. ·

Demonstrated experience in using project management best practices preferred. ·

Experience leading cross-functional project teams an asset. ·

Highly capable leader with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization to achieve the desired results ·

Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills with an ability to comfortably connect and interact with cross-functional and remote project teams as well as franchise leadership ·

Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, solve complex problems and manage ambiguity in a dynamic and exciting fast paced environment!
