We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage innovative health systems delivery projects. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in in delivering cutting-edge interoperability solutions within the healthcare sector for various clients. The Project Manager will lead a team, to manage complex technology projects for our clients, as well leveraging resources from internal, product development, and potential clients’ teams.Responsibilities· Project Leadership: Guide and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex health interoperability projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and client needs.· Team Management: Directly manage a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.· Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with clients, development teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are accurately gathered, understood, and executed.· Project Management: Provide input into RFP responses, support solution pricing, assign staff to projects, organize internal and external kick-off meetings, and client meetings, and lead the project development plan.· Monitor resource use versus plan and communicate variations to the plans.· Work with PM software to ensure project milestones and billing are accurate.· Report on project progress as required.Qualifications· Minimum 8 years of IT experience.· Minimum 4 years of experience in managing multiple 10-20 small to mid-sized projects ranging from 20K-750K.· Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Application to Cloud migration projects preferably on Azure, or other clouds such as GCP, AWS, or IBM.· Minimum 2 years of experience in a Client Consulting capacity.· Experience working in a digital health environment or similar.· Excellent project management, cost control, and organization skills.· Outstanding communication with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical clients and staff.· Proven Leadership and Management.· Ability to manage project finances.· Deep understanding of healthcare interoperability or a similar technology.· Experience in digital healthcare, fitness, and pharma application delivery is preferred but not a must.· A strong working knowledge of process improvement through lean and Six Sigma models.· Thorough understanding of agile and demonstration of leading agile projects.· Knowledgeable of IT project and development methodologies, and industry-standard IT development tools and techniques such as Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, Jira, and Connect Wise.· Possess domain knowledge or familiarity with tools such as Azure, C#, .NET and .NET core Frameworks, ASP.Net, and MS SQL.We thank all candidates in advance.
