Position Overview: We are looking for experienced Project Managers at junior, intermediate, and senior levels. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train project personnel.
- Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning to completion.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
- Client Relations: Maintain excellent relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and trades.
- Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, schedules, and cost control.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ICI construction.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore).
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Gold Seal Certification, LEED Accreditation, Net Zero, WELL, and Passive House knowledge are assets.
