Title: Technical Project Manager Location: Downtown Toronto, HybridLong Term ContractClient: Banking/FinancialRoles and Responsibilities:Support and drive data management and technology projects/initiativesPartner across functions and stakeholders to help support, drive, and execute target state plansDrive adoption of various strategic technological solutions and manage transformation of related business processesLead and participate in user acceptance testing on go live of key regulatory reports as part of U.S. Data Strategy initiative for strategic sourcingLiaise and collaborate extensively with regulatory reporting teams, technology teams, and key stakeholders on strategic sourcing initiatives and changes to current workflowsResponsible for building the right products and is the voice of the Regulatory Report Owners to various teamsManage transformation of related business processes, including transformation of manual processesQualificationsLed Data migration initiatives in the pastExperience leading initiatives of 10MM or similar sizeExperience dealing with vendorsOutstanding written/verbal communication skills, and the ability to present complex concepts in a concise and understandable way to a variety of audiences, including the highest level of the organizationStrong experience in Capital Markets is a mustStrong interpersonal and influencing skillsA keen sense of change, innovation, and agility concepts with an understanding of enterprise pragmatismNavigate effectively through ambiguity of process and data structuresDetailed oriented, driving data analytics to improve current state of business operationsThe ability to think strategically and execute tactically, be solution-focused, and solve problemsRelationship management skills and the ability to engage wide range of stakeholdersCapability to manage complex business requirements and to coordinate across multiple teams in a deadline-driven environmentExperience working on data/technology projects, preferably in Financial Services sector
