Role: Program Manager – Sales Enablement for The Mobile ShopDuration: 6 month contract (chance to extend)Location: Toronto, ON (hybrid)SummaryReporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, the Program Manager will drive the national Engagement & Motivation strategy for The Mobile Shop’s frontline sales employees. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of rewards & recognition programs including negotiation with external partners on funding and program scopes. As well as overseeing the customer experience outcomes through research & reporting functions. The program manager is a critical member of the Enablement team and ensures our stores and mobilists are actively engaged, focused on the right priorities for the business and delivering the best possible customer experience to customers. Your new role Act as the owner of the Rewards & Recognition platform for frontline. Lead Carrier and OEM partner negotiation to secure incentive campaign funding and program scope planningGather requirements, build plan & execute incentive contests to drive business priorities and KPI targetsPost-mortem assessment of incremental sales ROI & iterate future programs based on insightsManage an annual budget of $0.6M Manage President’s Club incentive program including the development of the criteria plan, monthly leaderboards & post mortem assessment. Manage the Quarterly Mobilist Recognition program through collection and posting mobilist spotlight recognition, shortlisting and voting of customer recognition submissions.Manage the customer post-sale survey strategy and operations to assess the customer journey experience within our stores.Execute CSAT & NPS reporting dashboards and publish with customer insights and storytelling to cross-functional teams Rewards platform engagement reporting stats for reporting dashboard.End to end management and reporting of mystery shop audit programs including making recommendations for customer &/or frontline journey improvements.Facilitate and maintain daily operations with 3rd party vendors (Chatter, Arcade, Ipsos) including management of invoice submission.What you need to succeed Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field3-5 years Proven experience in a similar field – program management and/or sales operations. Financial or telecom industry is preferred.Superior communication in order to work with external vendors and internal business partners. Experience in negotiation an asset.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, manage expectations and deadlines, and take on ad-hoc work as required.Strong analytical mindset coupled with experience in data analysis. Highly proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
