Tough in spirit and in effort. Role: Project & Operations Manager This full-time on-site position combines client-facing and operational responsibilities. You will manage and drive client projects and internal missions forward to meet the needs of our growing client base and organization. Qualifications A solid track record of successfully accomplishing missions A process-oriented mind with a passion for creating and leveraging effective workflows A healthy level of productive paranoia to foresee and prepare for future challenges Experience collaborating with creative teams and leadership Ability to manage various and sometimes craaaaazy personalities effectively within a team Strong communication skills in articulating ideas and information clearly and concisely A proven track record in working through unknowns and ambiguity Starting Salary: $60K - $90K relative to demonstrated capabilities & competencies Opportunities: Boundless.
