Purpose/Cause/PassionProviding the BEST Spray Solutions to clients in western Canada and Northwest USA with a great attitude, while leveraging the cutting edge of technology. NicheApplication of industrial coatings & SIPP (spray in place pipe ) Linings with a focus on 100% solids coating application technologies (robotics and automation). Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Project Manager located in Prince George, BC. The ProjectManager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring safety and quality control, coordinating projects, and maintaining client relationships. Other responsibilities include project planning, budget management, and implementing process improvements.QualificationsExperience in operations management, preferably in the industrial or construction sectorStrong leadership and team management skillsKnowledge of corrosion protection and protective coatingsExcellent organizational and planning skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills100% Alignment with our Core Values or Quality, Integrity, Safety, Attitude & CreativityEffective communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulationsProficient in project management softwareRelevant certifications or qualifications in operations management are desirable
