Since 2016, the telMAX team has been working hard to develop advanced phone systems, TV solutions and ultra-high speed 100% Pure Fibre internet services. If joining a fast-growing company with an amazing team sounds exciting, then we’d like to hear from you!RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Planning: Developing project plans, defining project objectives, scope, plan, measure of success, timeline, budget and business case. This involves prepare project schedule, allocating required resources to complete the project successfully. Leadership: Ability to lead and manage team participants in the project including assigning tasks, providing guidance, direction, motivate team members to meet the project objectives. Communication: Communicating project update, progress to team members, senior management and different stakeholders. Effectively manage stakeholders’ expectations and company’s gain. Producing meeting minutes and action items.Budget Management: Continuously monitoring project budget and manage to budget. This includes expense tracking, managing resource allocation and adjustment as needed to meet the budget. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to address them. This includes contingency planning.Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements by conducting quality assessments and resolving discrepancies.Change Management: Managing changes to project scope, schedule and resources at any point of the project. Assessing potential impact on project objectives. Evaluating change requests, obtaining approvals, and communicating changes to relevant stakeholders.Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining proper documentation on project plans, status. Generating progress reports, performance metrics to keep track of project progress.REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:3 - 5 years of Project management experienceUnderstanding of Utility and Telecommunications planning, design and construction practices.Understanding IT project is an asset.PMP Certification is an asset.Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.Excellent time management skills.Self-motivated, ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment.Experience working with BroadHub (GLDS provided customer management system) system is an asset.Ability to create process documentation using graph/charts and description.
