We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in HRIS transformation within a global banking environment. The successful candidate will join our client's consulting firm on a contract basis to support a significant HRIS transformation project for one of our major global banking clients. The role requires a seasoned professional with at least 5-8 years of relevant experience, who can manage complex projects and ensure successful delivery in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end HRIS transformation project, ensuring alignment with the client's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business units, to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement the HR system.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, providing clear communication of project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and consultants to ensure seamless integration and deployment of the HRIS system.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and project success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on HRIS transformation in a global banking environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote OR hybrid, global team environment.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
  • Experience with leading HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
