Job Description

OverviewAs the Project Manager you are responsible for planning and managing projects to ensure successful delivery of the project objectives. You will organize and lead the project team in the development and execution of the implementation plan, to satisfy the project goals as a project champion, working collaboratively with Business Owners, Product Managers and other business leaders. You will often lead medium to complex size project teams and teams of direct and indirect project staff, including consultants.ResponsibilitiesManage the full project life cycle from initiation to closeout, ensuring all the requisite key controls are in place to manage project constraints to baseline e.g. scope, schedule, budget and quality.Understand business objectives, strategies and the project’s business case; explore the scope of business issues and prepare a project plan, including estimating required resources and timelines.Identify and manage risks and issues that emerge throughout the project lifecycle.Lead project discussions and participate as an active member of the project team.Manage, co-ordinate, and schedule project resources and activities to ensure tasks are executed according to the project plan and objectives. Develop and manage the project schedule, milestones, deliverables, and action items for projects.
