Company: Gypsum Technologies Inc. o/a GyptechAddress: 578 King Forest Court, Burlington, Ontario, L7P 5C1 Position: Project ManagerLocation: 578 King Forest Court, Burlington, Ontario, L7P 5C1Terms: 3 years, Full TimeLanguage: EnglishWage: $51.92/hourBenefits: Travel bonus of up to 10% base compensation, Weekend site visit compensation, Casual dressCompany events, Dental care, Disability insurance, Employee assistance program, Extended health careFlexible schedule, Life insurance, On-site parking, Paid time off - 3 weeks' vacation, RRSP match, Tuition reimbursement, Vision care Wellness program, Work from homeApply To: Heather Zupko at hr@gyptech.ca  Main responsibilities will include:Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budgetInvolved through the complete life cycle, from concept to commissioning and customer sign offPlanning and preparing schedules and milestones and monitoring progress against established schedulesCoordinating interface between various internal, external, and client groupsPreparing progress reports and issuing progress schedules to clientsProviding clarity of customer specifications, develops budgets, coordinates mechanical, electrical, and controls design, fabrication, quality control, delivery planning, installation, coordination and commissioning scheduling plus resources planningManaging external fabrication shops and quotation processAssisting in coordination of equipment shippingSkills and Experience:Required:Bachelor's degree in Engineering8 – 12 years' experience in gypsum manufacturing or operationsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS ProjectDesired:Project Management Professional designation is an assetExperience with fast paced, project-based environment working with budgets and timelines and proven organizational skillsA leader who develops strong client relationshipsYou are committed to excellence and continuous improvementYou have strong communication skills with an unwavering desire to tackle new challenges and uncover practical solutions to problemsWorking Conditions:Most work is performed indoors in an office environmentWhen travelling, work is on site in a construction environment – exposure to element, dust, noise, and constructions hazardsNo lifting or physically strenuous work is requiredSome stress (deadlines, customer interactions, etc), but not excessive
