Job Description

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Project Manager to help our client implement an HCMS SaaS solution to replace the current system. Although the new solution can provide a variety of features and functionality, the main focus will be on Core HR, Payroll, and integration to the WFM solution.Responsibilities: Development of the plan for project delivery:Creation of a detailed scheduleBreakdown of responsibilities among project personnelEnsure the right resources are available and allocated to tasks as neededIdentify relationships, connections and collaboration points between internal and external resourcesEnsure the new system integrates seamlessly with other HR and financial systemsDevelop test plans in collaboration with SI, FH SMEs and other stakeholders as neededEstablish and oversee cutover plansEnsure hypercare and post-go live stabilization plans in place and resourcedPerform regular go live readiness assessmentsValidation of the change management strategy created through the current Pre-transformation project with inputs from FH’s Change LeadReview, update and manage project budgetExecution and monitoring of the implementation plan:Plan, execute and distribute communications and other project related informationManage stakeholders’ expectationsReport on performance, budget, schedule, meeting minutes, decisions, outcomes, risks and other such requested reporting requirementsProvide regular project progress/status reporting to sponsors, steering committee, and project stakeholders/groupsEscalate issues/changes out of the PM authority (e.g., scope changes) to sponsors/steering committee as requiredPerform risk management, including but not exclusive to, risk planning, identification, risk analysis and risk responsesOversee and track defect resolution and reporting during testing periodsLiaise with the client's WFM and SI Project Managers to ensure alignment and communication of common direction and interrelated tasks and deliverablesLiaise with the Change Lead to ensure readiness assessment, communication (planning), resistance management and training/new system adoption are consideredProject closing documentation, including lessons learned, RACI, SLAs and Knowledgebase ArticlesRequirements:9+ years of experience with Project ManagementKnowledge of HCMS, WFM systems, HR and Payroll processes.Experience with HCMS, WFM and/or HR systems, specifically with cloud-based multi-tenant environmentsExperience working with Integration platformsExperience implementing SaaS solutionsHealth care experience preferredExperience developing and executing project plans with complex data integrationsGeneral knowledge of HR Information Systems and operations preferredExperience in multi-collective agreement and complex labour relations environment preferredExperience presenting to stakeholders and executivesIf you have this expertise, and are able to work in Canada, please submit your resume.
