What you will be doing:

  • Lead end-to-end project management and ensures adherence to quality standards and best practices in system integration, deployment and testing processes.

  • Serves as a consultative partner with project sponsor, business users, Technology, and vendor to develop project plans that include scope, deliverables, goals, resource needs, dependencies, responsibilities, and timelines; contribute to the development of project business cases, analysis, justification, and budgeting.

  • Manage all project components including resource planning, task allocation and coordination, documentation requirements, progress monitoring and reporting throughout the project lifecycle, budget management and variance reporting, communication between technical teams and stakeholders, risks identification and mitigation.

  • Develop and manage relationships with:

    • Business & technology areas to promote understanding of the project goals and objectives and their required contribution and timelines to achieve project goals.

    • External vendors ensuring that the project scope and deliverables are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Lead change management efforts, including user training, documentation, and post-deployment support to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.

  • Analyze project outcomes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement lessons learned in future projects.

What you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

  • PMP certification

  • A progressive HR Information Systems career, with at least 7 years of experience, including 5 years in leadership.

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in system integration and deployment projects, preferably in business – technology-driven environment.

  • Experience with using a variety of project management tools to track and manage all aspects of a project.

  • Apply project management tools and software to lead and manage complex system integration and deployment projects from start to finish; engages and involves stakeholders in key decisions; coordinates resources, implements strategies and monitors progress across multiple areas; evaluates impact of highly complex organization-wide projects.
