Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

1. Supervise a work team of 4 to 5 people (technicians, draftsman, designer)
2. Work directly with production, supervising the design and production of products and establishing a vision for improvements.
3. Provide mass custom production support.
4. Ability to manage several projects at the same time.
5. Planning, risk management, getting back to production.
6. Review and approve drawings produced by draftsmen/designers.
7. Actively contribute to producing optimization.
8. Budget, review various tenders to ensure compliance.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be a member of the OIQ.
• Over 5 years' experience in project management and product development.
• Passionate about multidisciplinary work.
• Knowledge and interest in automotive mechanics an asset.
