Project Manager, Content & Influence

jobs Montreal We are looking for a client-focused, results-driven professional* who is passionate about content marketing!Based in our Montreal office, the Project Manager's main role will be to deploy mandates to deliver the best marketing campaigns to our clients.We are looking for a profile that is organized, efficient, curious and known for its interpersonal skills.

As a conductor, you will be responsible for :

  • Achieve marketing objectives for content, influence, public relations and media campaigns;
  • Strategically deploy the mandates;
  • Ensure client satisfaction;

In concrete terms, you will take on stimulating challenges that require great agility. More specifically:

RELATIONSHIP – CUSTOMERS :

  • Be the main contact for clients during campaigns: launch the mandate, perform daily follow-ups with them, validate each step of the campaign, respond to their requests and ensure the delivery of campaigns on time and within budget;
  • Create, share and follow up on the deliverables associated with each campaign: dashboards, timelines, reports and analysis;
  • Find creative solutions with clients and the internal team;
  • Ensure budget tracking;
  • Present campaign reports with specialists;

MANDATE MANAGEMENT

  • Assemble the team of specialists and organize the mandate to achieve results;
  • Guide the team members at each step;
  • Participate in the selection of influencers;
  • Recruit and negotiate contracts with content creators and/or Made in talent;
  • Ensure contracts are signed;
  • Ensure that content is produced and delivered on time;
  • Oversee the quality assurance of the content produced;
  • Establish media recommendations;
  • Launch and optimize media amplification campaigns;
  • Guide and supervise project coordinators on each mandate;
  • Use the technological platforms and tools associated with each campaign;
  • Respect internal management practices;

To succeed in these upcoming challenges, you have:

  • Master’s degree in business administration, marketing communication (or similar);
  • At least 3 years experience in digital marketing, agency experience an asset
  • Experience in media campaign management is an asset;
  • A complete command of French and English, both written and spoken;
  • A results-oriented attitude that leads you to strive for excellence at every stage of your projects;
  • A strong sense of customer service;
  • Proven negotiation skills;
  • Ability to manage priorities and work under tight deadlines;
  • Excellent organization skills to be versatile and efficient;
  • Initiative and a strong sense of resourcefulness and attention to detail;

  • A demonstrated curiosity for content creation, social platforms and learning;
  • Demonstrated ability in statistical analysis
