Come join our team!The Project Manager is responsible for keeping clients informed of clinical trial progress, preparation of study quotations and contracts at Pharma Medica Research Inc. (PMRI). Position reports to the Manager, Project Management and/or designate.Focus of the position is assuring timely delivery of project progress reports and results to PMRI clients. Communicating with clients to keep them aware of trial progress and establishing and maintaining timeliness of PMRI commitments to meet deadlines and ensure adherence to key completion dates reflected in the contracts/agreements.Requires the development and maintenance, of computer information systems for scheduling and tracking all aspects of PMRI contracts.Requires coordinating activities between various PMRI divisions, i.e. scheduling studies and obtaining dates for project milestones from the applicable divisions.Responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned projects/ clients.In cooperation with other PMRI personnel in Biopharmaceutics and possibly external consultants, provide timelines for protocol development and project start up.Prepare documents for review by an external Ethics Review Board (ERB) and participate and facilitate in the communication process between PMRI and the ERB.Using standard procedures and formats, prepare and communicate to the Director, Project Management draft study quotations for review, and subsequent approval by the President.In cooperation with the following key individuals or their delegates; VP, Clinical Operations, VP, Lab Operations, VP, Scientific Affairs, and VP, QA, manage the progress of assigned projects within PMRI.You will be required to interact with clients, potential clients and other PMRI personnel with securing business contracts for all divisions of PMRI, with a focus on management of projects for the Phase I Clinic and Bioanalytical Laboratory divisions, the project management is related to analytical method development, sample analyses as well as for bioequivalence, bioavailability and ADME studies for generic and new chemical entities. This will require your attendance at selected scientific and commercial meetings and exhibitions where you will assist PMRI personnel in the marketing of PMRI services.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum B.Sc. degreeExperience in a CRO ideally as Project Manager or any Client Services Department.Excellent understanding of protocols and clients needs.
