Position Title: Project Manager, Centre for Creative Business Innovation
Status: FT Admin Temp
Contract Duration: 1 year
Salary Range: $84,800 - $106,001
Faculty/Department: Faculty of Media, Creative Arts, and Design
Campus/Location: Lakeshore Campus, North Campus
What you will do:
The Centre of Innovation (CoI) Project Manager, provides direct support for the Director, Centre of Innovation. This role is focused on managing processes in support of effective delivery of the key priorities of the Centre as well as coordination of specific projects and events related to the CoI network business plan.
The incumbent is responsible for developing and monitoring the implementation of project work plans to ensure the timely & effective management of the CoI’s key projects & high-profile events, including but not limited to, research and report preparation, coordination of meetings and special events, as well as reviewing and updating internal and external CoI communications materials.
What you bring to the role
Education:
The successful candidate will have a 4-year degree in Business Planning & Management, Project Management, Event Management, or Research and Writing. A Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM Certification would be considered an asset.
Experience:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role, as well as project planning and coordinator experience.
