Iris's clients, multinational investment banking and financial services corporations are hiring multiple Program Manager. Our client is world-leading financial services companies, provides consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with a broad range of financial services and products.
Title: Project Manager - Capital Markets
Client: Financial/Banking
Locations: Toronto, ON
Job Summary:
- 10+ years of program and/or project experience in the Capital Markets area and managing budgets $5-7+MM
- Experience managing projects with senior visibility – Senior Directors, MD, VP. Should be able to transition in to Program role if needed.
- Experience working with BU teams - must have hands-on experience with implementation planning as well as change management
- Demonstrated experience in building strong partnerships with both Tech and Business partners in a very dynamic environment
- Ability to ramp-up or pivot quickly and use project governance levers to build and maintain traction and manage risk/issues/dependencies
- Experience in working with multiple competing priorities and bringing projects back to green
- Able to roll-up sleeves and get into details
