ROSS is a team of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their business growth.We provide remote or onsite HR and Recruitment solutions such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), complimented by leading edge open-source HRIS software.

The Project Manager, Active Directory - CONTRACTwill be responsible leading and managing a MS Active Directory project.

Requirements:

ØSolid Project Management leadership experience ( 5+ years)

oProject planning and project management expertise

oExpert in standard project management methodologies including PMP, PRINCE, Agile or similar is strongly preferred

oExperience in progress reporting, issue resolution, action tracking, and ability to identify risks and create risk mitigation plans

oExperience in resource planning, defining skill set requirements, and people management

oAbility to execute against project plan timelines to deliver agreed upon deliverables within approved budget

ØStrong Active Directory experience

ØDemonstrated people and communication skills, including client management and written and verbal communications.

ØWide understanding of securities and bank functions (potentially including retail and commercial banking, risk, treasury, capital markets, wealth management, support functions)

ØDemonstrated ability to lead combined witha calm professional demeanor and ability to work with all levels of the organization from analysts to executives

ØSelf-motivated independent thinker with experience on larger projects (6-12 month requirements phase)

ØCreative problem-solving and strong diagnostic and analytical skills

ØStrong organizational, follow-up and priority-setting skills

ØQuick learner – e.g., able to quickly understand an application’s high-level functionality

ØAbility to work independently to accomplish tasks assigned

ØExperience following structured methodologies and frameworks
