The Opportunity:We are currently seeking an Estimator to join our Client's industrial shop in the Greater Sudbury, Ontario area. The successful individual will be working on-site at our Client’s industrial shop. Some of the day to day includes but is not limited to quoting rebuilds and repairs while working with vendors for pricing. Additionally the incumbent will be writing reports to share with the management team for proposals and work tenders. We are seeking an individual who is motivated and highly professional when connecting with our customers and clients. Requirements: Minimum college graduate with a mechanical background and / or a qualified tradesperson knowledgeable of maintenance work in an industrial setting Minimum five years of experience as a qualified tradesperson or the equivalent. Incumbents must have a working familiarity with computers, Microsoft Suite of software, Excel, Word, Email etc. Must possess excellent communication skills. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Possess a high level of initiative and personal time organization skills to manage assigned workloads; and strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
