Become a part of our international team in Canada. For the next possible date we are looking for you infulltime as Project Data Analyst.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Serves as the project administrative support to assigned team members by coordinating, facilitating, recording and communicating their individual, group and company-wide activities.
- Work constructively in a team-oriented environment to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Responsible for the execution of timely and accurate excel project reports.
- Composes various documents such as excel reports, word correspondence, interoffice memos, and presentations.
- Responsible for file management
- Responsible for providing operational support to the business to deliver data solutions on time and to specifications
- Supporting Management ream with AXIS / Cargowise data-control / reporting, and Smartsheet creation of dashboards / reporting
- Supporting Sales and Operations, with Client and Vendor account set up, as well as other departments, with developing reports for business development and tender submissions
- Develop and maintain customer data base as well as, maintain high levels of activity and customer focus achieving set targets
- Working with Operations and Finance teams to prepare report, maintain Data Quality
- Work with Finance and Management to review AP and AR
Wh at you can contribute:
- The ideal candidate must have at least (3) to five (5) years of experience in general data entry, excel reporting, and proficient in computer software
- Minimum 3 years related experience and/or training in Freight Forwarding
- Some years of working experience in Data Analysis, modelling, business process & developing solutions and reports
- These qualities characterize you: analytical, organized, results-driven, assertiveness, the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communications skills in English (Cross-Functional and Cross-Cultural)
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work on different project teams (i.e. export and import sea, air and road freight forwarding activities).
- Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills required.
- Candidate must possess a strong teamwork attitude.
- Candidate must be proficient in Excel specifically and PC literate with MS Office applications.
