Opportunity: One of our Construction clients based out in Ottawa, ON is looking for a "Senior Estimator" for a fulltime opportunity. Job Details: Position: Senior Estimator Client: Construction Client Location: Ottawa, ON Position Type: Fulltime Job Description: As a Senior Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in accurately and competitively pricing construction projects. Your expertise in estimating, project analysis, and market knowledge will be essential in helping us win and execute projects successfully. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, a deep understanding of construction materials and methods, and excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Candidate requirements: • 5+ years of experience in construction estimating, with a proven track record of successfully bidding and winning projects. • Experience in the construction industry with proficient knowledge in Division 9 required. • Experience using Estimating software. • Strong analytical and mathematical skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations. • Valid Drivers License
