We have made significant investments in digital technology, horizontal, and vertical platforms, allowing us to successfully serve our clients for over 50 years.Hands-on years of Strong project management, business analysis, and communications skills. •Experience managing projects that affect business processes, utilize organizational change management practices, and maintain and deliver an exceptional user and customer experience. •Understanding network technologies would be considered an asset. •PMP Certification from the Project Management Institution (PMI) would be considered an asset. •Excellent written, verbal and presentation communications skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project status and updates, and interface with all levels of staff and leaders •Adaptive, quick learner, exceptional organization and reporting skills, with attention to detail. •Strong organizational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously. •Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint •Knowledge in Jira would be an asset. •Hands-on years of project management experience in managing projects for Wireline Networks •Work in partnership with other business units and functional departments, to develop and deploy projects by leading, organizing, and tracking project tasks and deliverables. •Work on testing, standardizing, and deploying new technologies introduced to the Telecom Network •Work on Network and Hub focused projects. •Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. •Maintain and report project timelines, milestones, risks, and successes. •Identify interdependencies, anticipate roadblocks, and prepare creative alternatives to enable successful project completion. •Provide project updates, accurate forecasting, progress reporting against milestones, and diligent application of change management processes. •Demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer experience (internal and external) •Promote and demonstrate a culture of disciplined project management and ensure that project management methodology, standards, practices, processes, and artifacts are consistently applied to all projects and work streams. •Maintain a high level of transparency with key stakeholders in project timelines, risks, issues, and successes. •Participate in continuous improvement and Project Management community process and procedures, supporting effective delivery of solutions.Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
