Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide a wide range of administrative support to the Project Management team.How You Will Thrive With UsYou will maintain customer orders using the Direct Project Management SystemYou will handle purchase order entries and maintain order tracking for all project orders.Expedite and conduct follow-up on orders and reconcile final billings with customer purchase ordersYou will coordinate and interface between our vendors, sales team, management, and our customersYou will process shop drawings for approval/record purposesYou will be a Brand Ambassador, by building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences.
