As our growth creates new career opportunities, likely there is the right one for you!Mission Terus Construction, a Division of Colas Western Canada Inc., is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator for its Mobile Crushing Operations, located in Crescent Valley, BC.Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for handling administrative tasks for the project manager and supervisors to keep the projects running smoothly. Work with supervisors to ensure safety requirements are metSharing budgeted production information with supervisorsAssist project manager with production reporting and survey reconciliationAssist project manager with requisition and PO managementAssist project manager with schedulingProvide support to project manager and supervisorsCost coding, allocation and trackingAssist team members with technology and communicate with company tech supportRecord and distribute minutes from weekly production meetingsManagement and tracking of fuel and hour metre readingsCoordinate with LodgeLink for hotel bookings for crewOther duties as requiredRequirements Must comply with all company policies including, but not limited to Code of ethics and Company safety policies and procedures.Must perform duties safely around mobile equipment and have a high sense of safety awareness while performing work on project sites and roads.Use of Personal Protective Equipment is required.Establish and maintain good relationships with the team, clients and internal or external resources.Maintain a positive attitude at all times.Occasionally overtime and travel is required.Terus Construction offers opportunities for qualified people who want to grow in our high-performance organization including competitive salary and benefits package, along with in-house training, an incredible work environment, and career advancement opportunities.
