Action Electric is a full-service provider, implementing top-tier electrical solutions from start to finish. Due to our continued growth in the Lower Mainland, we are looking for a team-oriented, customer-focused Project Coordinator with experience in the construction or trade industry to join our organization.The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Management team to design, scope, and build highly complex projects. Though based in Burnaby, some travel throughout the Lower Mainland may be required for this role.RESPONSIBILITIES: Effectively manage and maintain all written and verbal project communicationsMaintain client satisfaction and promptly resolve any concernsEnsure the highest quality delivery for our clientsWork with the Project Management team to develop and manage schedules, resources plan, procurement, project commissioning and risk mitigation strategies, while controlling costs and maximizing productivity through the implementation of best practices and standard processesPerform other tasks as requiredQUALIFICATIONS: Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skillsStrong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project softwareAble to work independently, manage time effectively, and work with multiple deadlineand At least 2 of the following:Experience as an Apprentice or Journeyman ElectricianExperience in the Construction IndustryPost-secondary education from an electrical programPrevious project coordination / management experienceSalary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 DOEOUT OF PROVINCE APPLICANTS- if you are not located in BC and wish to be considered, please provide your date of full availability to start We encouraged you to visit the Action Electric Website at action-electric.ca to learn more about us.
