ROSS is a team of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their business growth.We provide remote or onsite HR and Recruitment solutions such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), complimented by leading edge open-source HRIS software.

TheProject Control Officer will be supporting project management planning and activities.

You Will:

ØBe passionate about PCO duties, responsibilities and as a career.

ØBe adept at extracting, organizing, and presenting project related data including project plans, dashboards and reports.

ØLiaise with multiple project team members and managers in order to understand and document all project-related documents including charters, requirements, and scope changes in a rigorous fashion.

ØHave the commensurate people-skills, savvy and resilience in a dynamic and evolving multi-million dollar program initiative.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience as a PCO supporting project team members and managers.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and PlanView.
  • Strong facilitation skills and a solid presence along with the ability to work well with business groups as well as autonomously.
  • Strong analytical, statistical andorganizational skills.
  • Track record of preparing both “detailed” and “management level” reports.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to adapt "style" to the client environment.
  • Wide understanding of financial services is preferred.
  • Bachelor degree (or higher) in relevant business administration program or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to speak French is a strong asset.
