Our client, an Architecture & Interior Design firm in downtown Toronto, is looking to add a Project Architect to their team. This salary is $70 - $80k, depending on experience and this position includes some a competitive vacation and benefits package. Full time in office. They have an immediate opening for a Project Architect with institutional experience to join their Toronto-based, award-winning architecture and interior design studio. They are on the lookout for a design-oriented architect well versed in delivering projects from start to finish. Specializing in public facility design, our client offers fully integrated, multidisciplinary consulting services in architecture and interior design. They are recognized for design excellence in higher education, and public projects. Minimum Qualifications include: proficiency in designing and detailing through all project phases; leading and coordinating with project team; and interfacing with clients and consultants; to manage multiple projects developed project management skills; in Contract Administration with Revit and BIM software, Blue Beam and Microsoft Office; depth knowledge of Ontario Building Code, and relevant planning and code regulations; license and LEED AP an asset; and aptitude to handle multiple deadlines in a high energy work environment; and collaborative, with enthusiasm, commitment and ability to deliver a high level of design and effective oral and written communication skills and personable Please email your resume to scorneil@recruitmentbydesign.com with the wording “Job # 694, Project Architect” in the subject line.
