Job Description
We are currently looking for a Programmer Analyst (PowerBuilder) to assist our client with the evolution of existing applications. The term of the mandate is 6 months, starting as soon as possible. The work location is downtown Toronto.ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing change requests, designing new application features and preparing technical specifications;Developing enhancements and bug fixes, and testing application functionality;Preparing system documentation that is consistent with established standards;Providing accurate work effort estimates;Other duties as requiredKnowledge and SkillsA minimum of 5 years of experience in PowerBuilder development;Experience with SQL development;Experience with Microsoft Access (an asset);Experience with Citrix and SQL ServerAbility to work independently and in a team environment;Ability to manage priorities and to work on multiple tasks simultaneously;Proficiency in English, both oral and written;Proficiency in French is an asset;College diploma or university degree in computer science or a combination of relevant experience and/or trainingThe Technical EnvironmentFront End: PowerBuilder 10 (10.2.1 Build 90004) / running as executables in a Citrix environmentDatabase: Microsoft SQL Server / SQL Server 2000 CompatibilityWe are only considering qualified candidates based in the Greater Toronto Area.You want to submit your Resume?
