has a reputation of providing quality art experiences that are accessible and affordable. Our instructors teach a variety of group programs at various Recreation Centres in the City including the City Arts Centre. Share your expert knowledge and passion for the arts with the citizens of Edmonton! As an instructor, you must be confident and competent in your field and enjoy teaching others. You will be required to plan, prepare and teach lessons to a variety of skill levels. Opportunities are available in both child/youth instruction and adult program areas.
Positions available in the following arts areas:
Cooking and baking (adult, child/youth)
Crafts - soapmaker + bath bombs (adult)
Crochet, knitting, sewing, fibre craft (adult)
Silversmithing (adult)
Stained glass (adult)
Up to 16 temporary part-time ongoing positions
