Experience in setting up effective project controls systems & procedures.Detailed understanding of construction technology, planning, delivery, and site logistics.Detailed understanding of commercial approachesAdept at monitoring and reporting Program-level progress and assure efficient and effective use of resources across the program. Understanding of various Contract, Commercial and Governance procedures. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of accurate data and reporting both internal and external.Recognizes opportunities for innovation or improvements on existing working practices.Demonstrate senior leadership and core competencies at a high level of development.The ability to engage and motivate others. To act as a role model and inspire others. Ability to anticipate and forecast the key risks and opportunities available to the Program to ensure the core vision is achieved. Respectfully listens to others and considers all views presented. Puts team success above own interests.Recognizes and understands the Clients priorities and holds the ability to adapt to requirements.Coordinates workstreams and establishes actions plans with key stakeholders for implementation.Strong program manager level leadership skills to manage and motivate program delivery teams delivering high risk, complex projects/programs.High level of knowledge and understanding relating to planning and project management tools and techniques. High level of knowledge and understanding relating to risk management tools and techniques. Awareness of safety issues in an operational / project delivery environment. High level of knowledge and understanding relating to contractual issues in a project environment.Degree or equivalent with professional work experience in one or more specific disciplines in the Program, Project, or Commercial Management disciplines.
