Christian Camp and Conference Association - Search Page | Back to Results Program DirectorPrimary PurposeThe primary purpose of this position is to work closely with the Executive Director to create, execute, and lead a variety of programs, events, and activities that are in alignment with The Camp At Findley mission. Additionally, the Program Director will assist in the recruiting and hiring of summer camp staff and building and leading the summer camp program.Summer CampWork with the Executive Director to compile job applications and job descriptions for summer camp positionsAttend a variety of college job fairs, community events, and other events to promote camp and recruit summer staffHelp lead summer staff trainingDisciple and mentor summer camp staffOversee camp store and store staffingCreate summer camp themeOversee camp worship teamRetreatsHelp plan and host all camp retreatsAssist the Marketing Committee with marketing materials and recruitmentNetworkingCreate and build relationships with supporting churches and youth groupsMaintain relationships with churches, campers, and guestsOther ResponsibilitiesAssist with planning and hosting all other camp events (Spring Thing, Awake!
