Job Summary:The Professional Relations Representative will establish and maintain profitable referral relationships with medical doctors and optometrists within an assigned territory. They must maintain up-to-date knowledge of UVG’s services to achieve successful referrals.Full Time|Salary|40 hoursSupervisor: Business Development ManagerWork Location: Regular travel required. Hybrid model.Compensation: $60,000 + travel allowance for work-related meetings in the GTA and surrounding areasKPI:1. Increased referralsJob Duties:1. Professional Relations:a. Represent UVG professionally through excellent presentation and communication skillsb. Increase brand value through the development of long-term relationships with existing and perspective referring doctors (Optometrists & Physicians)c. Utilize relevant knowledge to build rapport within an assigned territoryd. To monitor and support referring offices as needede. Drive our KPIs according to goals that are set up by quarterly and annual growth targets.f. Independently schedule meetings to maintain a healthy and growing portfolio of virtual, in-person meetingsg. Prepare and effectively deliver presentation decks, scripts and facilitate impactful, persuasive conversationsh. Prepare monthly updates and report on territory activities, opportunities, market trends and other external influences2. Data and Documentation:a. Utilize tools to optimize and continuously improve departmental efficiencyb. Monitor and report activities including meetings schedules (before & after), territory coverage & referral trends.c. Maintain a detailed profile of each referring optometrist & MD and associated officesd. Liase with customer care and other teams at gather appropriate information in a timely mannere. Perform administrative duties3. Working conditions:· Independent travel required between various sites· Computer use, sitting, screen use for extended periods4. Requirements· 2-3 years of related experience demonstrating self-discipline and independent relationship-building strengths that achieved results· Outgoing and driven personality; pro-active, motivated, go-getter· Willingness to drive within the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding areas. Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle· Excellent oral and writing communication skills· Excellent problem-solving· Alignment with company values· Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams· Ability to prioritize projects with little supervision and meet tight deadlines· Proven experience in closing deals and generating funds· Advanced knowledge with healthcare marketing tools and programs is a strong asset· Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets· Strong computer proficiency· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media, online marketing, and measurement· Advanced diploma or specialized training in the marketing industry is an assetEqual opportunityU Vision Group is an equal opportunity employer.
