PRODUCTIVITY PLATFORM MANAGER

The Productivity Platform Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of productivity tools and systems within the organization. In addition to managing the M365 Specialist, the manager will lead collaboration efforts across different departments to ensure a smooth integration of Microsoft 365 solutions. This is a hands-on managerial role, where you will spend at least 75% of your time performing operational and technical tasks.

Your tasks at a glance

  • You manage and oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Microsoft 365 Platform.
  • You align the use of the platform's tools with senior management's strategic plan.
  • You foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, providing mentorship and supporting ongoing professional development.
  • You collaborate with various business units to align the platform with their specific needs and act as the primary point of contact for all platform-related inquiries.
  • You actively participate in operational tasks and resolve complex technical issues, dedicating at least 75% of your time to technical and operational tasks.
  • You plan and execute platform development projects from design to completion, creating project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • You identify and implement improvements to optimize platform performance by conducting regular assessments and gathering feedback to guide continuous improvements.
  • You develop and deliver training programs for users to maximize platform usage and provide ongoing support.

A Clear View of Your Assets

  • You hold a university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have significant experience, at least 5 years, in platform management, software development, or a similar role.
  • You possess excellent communication skills in French and English as well (both oral and written).
  • You have proven leadership skills, project management experience, and a strong mastery of Microsoft 365 productivity tools, with a demonstrated track record in managing a small team.

Mandatory:

  • The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform components, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, among others.
  • Experience with data connectors, Dataverse limits, and security model (role levels, record ownership).
  • Experience working with SharePoint Online and MS Teams, and using Power Apps and Power Automate to extend SharePoint functionalities.
  • You have excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • You possess strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • You have a strong ability to analyze and solve problems, along with a continuous improvement mindset.
