Under the supervision of the Production Manager, the Supervisor organizes and controls all production activities related to the department to which he/she is assigned.
- Coordinate production
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulations
- Apply and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Apply and ensure compliance with HACCP and SQF programs
- Ensure efficient use of manpower and equipment
- Monitor performance indicators
- Act to achieve objectives related to operational efficiency
- Participate in continuous improvement committees
- Monitor raw material inventories for production, for the various departments.
- Responsible for the distribution of inventories between the different warehouses to control available space at the production warehouse.
- Organizes and coordinates the shipping/receiving department.
- Manages the workforce (performance, evaluation, training, etc.).
- All other related tasks
Skills and qualifications :
- 5 years' experience in manufacturing personnel management
- Academic knowledge and/or 5 years' experience in the printing and/or packaging industry
- Leadership, management and influencing skills
- Dynamic personality
- Good communication and analytical skills
