We are looking for a Production Supervisor to deliver the shift & line objectives by empowering and engaging people to develop their capability and ways of working through continuous improvement implementation. Check and enforce personnel hygiene & safety proceduresEnsure that finished products are consistently manufactured according to standards of quality and relevant manufacturing instructions (compliance) using Digital platform Manage Production effectively through operational reviews and use Standard Routines to ensure sustainable resultsUse of Basic Problem Solving tools and knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvements.Ensure the identified development plan and assure the competencies of their team as per the agreed plan with Production Manager (proper training, equipment, safety procedures, hygiene)Ensure constant dialogue with relevant stakeholders (line shift teams, Production Manager, Maintenance, Unions, functional representatives on the line)What will make you successful?1-4 years of experience in a functional role in the CPG industry Experience in managing, engaging, and motivating direct reportsStrong Analytical and Problem solving skillsProficiency in MS Office toolsThe ability to exercise good judgment and decision making•Strong Communication skills and the ability to positively confront and effectively deal with non-compliance The ability to maintain a safe working environment through proper housekeeping and safety practices Able to ensure smooth operations through effective staff management and deployment, and the ability to set effective and challenging objectives.We have a friendly, supportive team with a coaching and mentoring environment.
