Renowned for above-average yields and superior fruit quality.Responsibilities:Communicate management directives to personnel under your supervision (forklift operator, operator, technician and laborers)Organize production and planning meetings before each shiftUpdate performance indicators (KPI)Ensure continuous monitoring of production in the various production sectorsSkills and qualifications :Bachelors degree in engineering or other relevant training3 years experience in a similar positionGreen Belt or Black Belt certification a considerable assetKnowledge of continuous improvement principles (RCA, KAIZEN, others)Bilingualism in French and EnglishSchedule:Formula schedule (1st week 49 hours 2nd week 36.45 hours)One weekend on 2Work environment (hot, cool and refrigerated at times and air-conditioned in summer)To stay informed, subscribeto our newsletter
