At ROCKWOOL, we work relentlessly to enrich modern living through our innovative stone wool solutions.Join us and make a difference!Annual Salary Range : $75000 - $80000Your future team:Our Planning department are on the frontline of our business, and alongside our exceptional Operations team, no one knows our process better than us. You will become part of the Production Planning team and report to the Production Planning Manager. The team consists of 6 team members. The Production Planning team is part of the much larger Supply Chain team in Rockwool.What you will be doing:Sequence and issue efficient production plans while meeting customer demand.Manage production capacity and allocation to determine lead times and ensure customer orders get placed correctly.Make sure production capacity is being fully utilized but not exceeded.Provide update on production performance.Update and analyse Production KPIs and schedule adherence.Liaise with other departments as requiredManage exceptions disrupting orders being ready on time while keeping production efficiency (i.e., delayed orders).What you bring:Production planning / scheduling experience in a complex, multi-site, growth-oriented manufacturing organization.Experience with SAP or similar ERP system is considered an asset.Strong communication skills, as well as excellent meeting facilitation and presentation skills.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.What we offer: At ROCKWOOL, our culture is one of teamwork, respect and support.
