Our client has immediate opportunities for Production Manager to join their team.
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations.
Salary: $95-110K plus benefits
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the efficient and effective production of our products
- Meeting quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality control standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Manage the assembly and fabrication processes, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, engineering, and maintenance to optimize production processes
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime
- Oversee inventory management, including implementing systems such as MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
- Lead and develop a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production department
Experience
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production systems and processes
- Ability to assemble and fabricate products according to specifications
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles
- Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
