Job Description
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the production floor - Ensure production targets are met within the specified time frame - Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process - Develop and implement production schedules and workflows - Train, mentor, and supervise production staff - Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes - Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies - Conduct regular performance evaluations of production team members Experience: - Supervising: 4 years (required) Requirements: - Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control standards - Proficient in using computer software for data analysis and reporting - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written - High attention to detail and accuracy Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
